With the fantastic success of a 5 week run we’re happy to announce another exclusive invite to the Avoca Beach Picture Theatre discussion, introduction and supper.
The film maker Pria Viswalingam who is also a journalist with SBS, will be joining us and our panel of hand-picked experts – Dr Carlos Raimundo, Councillor Terri Latella and Ps Jez Reynolds for a lively discussion on where are society is going and what we can do about it.

The Sydney Season of Decadence: Decline In The Western World is coming to an end, with Wednesday the 11th January, 10am at Roseville Cinemas being the last Sydney session at this stage.
If you haven’t seen the documentary just yet, this is your last chance!
Since the Sydney premiere at Roseville Cinemas on the 1st December, we have had a successful month over the festive season. With your help we hope to extend the season at Roseville.
Next on the list are Theatre Royal in Castlemaine, VIC, Hyperplex Cinemas in Loganholme QLD (27th January), Avoca Beach Picture Theatre, Central Coast, Regent Cinema, Muwillumbah Northern NSW, Belgrave CInema (March 2012) in Armidale, NSW early this year.

Since our release at the Roseville Cinemas (Sydney) 2 weeks ago we have been very pleased with the result. Not only has it been their highest grossing film but that have now moved it to three screenings a day. This along with several great reviews we are pushing into more Australian Cinemas, high on the list are Byron Bay and the Theatre Royal, Castlemaine Victoria.
DCD premiere in Sydney on Thursday 1st December was a success. Full house and next couple of sessions were 3/4 full. Thank you to everyone who arrived to show your support, it is truly appreciated.
Our Melbourne Premiere on 8th December at Cinema Nova was graced with an introduction by the important Professor Robert Manne of LaTrobe University.
The reviews are now in and it appears we’re pretty much unanimously ‘critically acclaimed’. The Australian’s elder statesman-reviewer, Evan Williams, calls it, “The ultimate disaster movie” and exhorts readers to “See this film”.
